Customer FAQs
Q. Does a firm mattress offer the best support?
A: No. The best support is achieved when your mattress conforms exactly to the natural contours of your body. A mattress should fill in the “arch areas” (lumbar and knee regions) without pushing against sensitive pressure areas such as shoulders and hips.
Q. What is the main difference between Elastoflex™ and other latex mattresses?
The main difference with Elastoflex™ mattresses lies in their comfort, otherwise known as the “surface feel.” We use temperature-regulating fabric in all of our mattresses – it wicks moisture away so you can rest in cool, dry comfort. And because fabric is springy and cushioning, pressure points are relieved far beyond what latex or memory foam can do alone.
(Please note: comfort does not indicate level of support. All Natural mattresses offer perfect, contouring support in the mattress core.) The most comfortable mattress will be a personal choice, depending on how plush you like your mattress surface to be.
Q. I have some questions about my current Elastoflex™ mattress. How do I make a warranty claim?
A: If you have a warranty claim, please contact the retailer where you purchased your Elastoflex™ mattresses. Our Customer Service line is always open and happy to answer any additional questions.
Q. How do I care for my Elastoflex™ bedding products?
A: Unless otherwise stated on the label, most Elastoflex™ bedding products are not machine wash and dryable. Elastoflex™ bedding can be spot treated with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Gently hand-squeeze excess water from product. DO NOT twist or wring product. Lay flat to dry. Some products can also be dry cleaned, following strict instructions on the care label.
